Leadership for a Shared Society

The Leadership Initiative provides the tools and training needed to make entering public life and contributing to one's community possible. Our goal is to encourage greater participation of Arab youth and women in public leadership roles. The results of an external evaluation of our alumni shows the impact of our program: The vast majority of participants have taken roles in civil society organizations, leading many to run for public office.
