Accessibility Statement

This site provides the general public with accessible content that meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulation of Israeli Law, 2013.
We at The Abraham Initiatives work to update and implement the accessibility requirements to the extent possible, in accordance with the principles of the accessibility regulation.
The organization works towards equal opportunities in the Internet space for people with various disabilities, and for people who require technological assistance to use a computer.
The site is adapted to the accessibility requirements according to T.I. 5568 and to AA level of the WCAG 2.0 accessibility regulation; the accessibility of the site is adapted to the leading web browsers.
Web Browsing
The site is adapted for browsing using only a keyboard.
Pressing the tab key moves the keyboard focus between different places on the page, and pressing the enter key allows one to choose between the various options. To navigate backwards, press shift + tab.
The site is adapted for the NVDA screen reader software. At the entrance to the site, it is possible to skip directly to the content area by pressing the alt key together with the letter Z, or pressing the enter key.
